Q: Is the repeat necessary for Hi-C?

A: It needs three biological repeats theoretically. But we recommend two technological repeats in view of cost. If the project needs 180G data , we divide the library into two parts with 90G each. Then if the data dependency is high ,we will integrate the data of the two parts.

Q: What can the customer do , if samples degrade or the mixture less than required amount?

A: 1) Tissues of animal and plant should be cut into small pieces as far as possible for sufficient crossing.

2) Pay attention to the temperature and time of crossing. The crossing temperature is 25 ℃. If the crossing is longer than required time, the sample is easy to degrade.

3) Sample must be fresh.
