LncRNA英文官网文案-09 介绍.jpg

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are generally classified as 200 nt–100 kb long transcripts, lacking the open-reading frame.  Studies revealed lncRNA importance and indispensability in various cellular processes, including transcription, intracellular trafficking, and chromosome remodeling. lncRNAs function as regulatory factors  for several complex cellular processes, including cell death, growth, differentiation, epigenetic regulation, genomic imprinting, alternative splicing, regulation of gene expression at posttranscriptional level, chromatin modification and inflammatory pathologies.
